At Active Learning, we believe in inspiring children to love learning and  we think that confidence and enjoyment are fundamental to achieving this. Our overriding aim is to unlock each child’s potential by igniting their desire to learn and showing them that they really can succeed if they try their best. We specialize in 11+ tuition classes and have a success rate of over 88%.

We offer tuition in all subjects for children aged seven to sixteen as well as preparation for 11+, 12+, KS2, KS3, GCSE, and A-Level.  Our courses start from year 2 to A-level. Individual Student Reports

Although we offer continuous feedback to parents about the progress of their child in all the courses they are taking with Active Learning; we specifically provide a detailed written monthly report to check the progress of their child. We record any new concept we introduce and the level of understanding the child has about the concept. We also make a note about the homework provided and spelling results each day pupil achieve. For 11+ preparation parents are not expected to help children with their homework as we make sure that pupils totally understand the work they are supposed to complete at home, however, if parents feel that their child is struggling with any areas, they can write a note to the Tutors and we will explain the topic to the pupil again to consolidate the area of concern.
